Virginia Frances King, 88, of Eggleston departed this life at Carilion New River Valley Medical Center at Radford Thursday, November 22, 2012 after a long illness. Born in Caroline Co, VA on November 13, 1924 she was a daughter of the late Louis Dhue and Mary Lee Scott Vincent. She had been employed as a key punch operator for Reynolds Metals Co. She was preceded in death by her husband Cecil W. King who passed just one day before on Nov 21.

She leaves to cherish her memory her sons Cecil Waring King, Jr. of Richmond, Louis Carlton King of Richmond and Scott Duvall King of Eggleston; her daughter Jan Vincent Almond of Christiansburg.
