Vivian Surber Simmons, 85, of Cincinnati, Ohio and formerly of Giles County, departed this life Sunday, September 29, 2019. She was preceded in death by her parents William Thomas and Bessie McNew Surber; her husband Ralph C Simmons,

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Sheri Simmons of Pembroke.
