William Frank Davis, 49, of Pulaski, departed this life Friday morning, January 23, 2015 at his home. Born in Giles County on July 8, 1965, he was a son of the late James William and Ethel Wickline Davis, and a graduate of Giles High School. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Patricia D. Klaes and his half-brother Kenny Martin.

He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter and son-in-law Ciara and William "Davy" Price of Pearisburg; his granddaughter Chrisma Noel Price of Pearisburg; his brother John W. Davis and his fiancé Jennette Starritt of Rogersville, TN; her children Douglas and Kyle Smith; his niece Demi Davis; his nephews Jefrey Davis, Daniel Davis, Casey Klaes and Josiah Klaes; and his great-nephew Brendon Culverhouse.
